Through many years of experience, we have a great relationship with local growers, farmers, artisans and suppliers in the local areas giving us a fantastic supply of amazing, seasonal produce.
Being a fruit and vegetable supplier, we get the very best, seasonal produce, trying to source from local areas and working with local suppliers. We stock an extensive range of products including fresh produce, dry and ambient goods, dairy and fresh bakery service.

We believe that great customer service starts straight from the order and ends with excellent delivery. We pride ourselves in using the best technology and staff training to ensure 5-star service every step of the way.
Every order is hand-packed by one of our trained picking staff. Using a state of the art tablet picking system it allows us to monitor your order from the warehouse to the van, ensuring every item is hand-picked to perfection.

We have a friendly customer services team, ready at the end of the phone to take orders, answer any questions and help resolve any queries you may have.
We pride ourselves on delivering 100% customer satisfaction. We have a driver in the London market every night, enabling us to achieve 100% fulfilment of customers’ orders.

Following the BRC guidelines helps us to ensure total traceability throughout our organisation.
We receive wholesale deliveries into our warehouse throughout the day. Our warehouse team are always on hand to receive goods in.
We can provide traceability of every product we receive. All produce passes through strict quality controls before entering our warehouse.
Our entire warehouse is temperature-controlled to make sure our produce stays at its best. We have separate dairy, freezer, fresh produce and dry stores.
You can place your order on the phone or by email. All live orders are booked directly on our sales software so we can provide you with instant stock levels.
We use a state of the art tablet-based picking system throughout our warehouse. Orders are instantly available to our picking teams within minutes of them being placed.
Each van is hand loaded by one of our experienced teams. This is the final quality check before leaving our warehouse.
Our entire fleet of vans are tracked with live tracking data. This gives us a constant overview of delivery times and van locations.
We have a knowledgeable and helpful team always available on our sales line. We take live orders up until midnight for the next day.
In 2021, we were shortlisted in two categories at the South West Business Awards, Business of the Year and Employer of the Year, and was a finalist in the Business of the Year category. In September 2021 we were also shortlisted as a finalist in the national FPC Fresh Awards for Wholesale Fruit and Veg Supplier of the Year with winners being announced towards the end of November 2021.

At the end of 2020 we started working closely with Marco Pierre White and now supply a large number of his restaurants across the South West, as well as his very own hotel/restaurant The Rudloe Arms, based in Corsham. In 2021 Marco filmed further BBC Maestro episodes and our produce was used. It is a testament to Heritage Fine Foods that he uses our produce and personally recommends us.
