Chocolate covered walnut and peanut butter stuffed dates
Prep time: 10 mins
Freeze until the chocolate is solid (about 1 hour maximum)

Ingredients:
- Dates – use your free ravier dates with the box (remove stones if there are any)
- Smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- Walnut halves
- Pack of chocolate melted (milk or dark)
Instructions:
Prep the Dates: Carefully open each date and remove the stone if needed.
Stuff Them: Pop a walnut half inside each date.
Seal with Peanut Butter: Spoon a dollop of peanut butter to cover the walnut and seal the opening.
Dip in Chocolate: Dip the stuffed date into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s fully coated.
Freeze: Place the chocolate-covered dates on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Freeze until solid.
Enjoy! Eat them straight from the freezer for a delicious ice-cream-like snack, or let them defrost for a softer treat.
