Sauteed radishes with spinach

Ingredients
- 2 bunches radishes; trimmed and halved
- 1 red onion; sliced
- Olive oil
- 140G baby spinach
- 1/2 lemon; juice
- Pinch sea salt and pepper
Method
Trim and half the radishes and cook with the sliced red onion in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, stirring, until tender, about 8 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the baby spinach, the juice of 1/4 lemon and a pinch each of salt and pepper; cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
