Blueberries
Fresh blueberries are a popular treat, they have a sweet flavour and they are succulent and nutritious (and classed as a superfood). Obviously, they are delicious on their own as a healthy snack or with other fruit and yoghurt but there are some scrumptious cakes and puddings worth indulging in too which have blueberries as the main attraction.
Blueberries are low in calories but high in fibre, vitamin C and Vitamin K.
